Today, we did a family thing. We went up to Trader's World and roamed. That was a *lot* of fun. Saw lots of shiny (and pointy) things that I wanted. Ended up with an early volume of Usagi that I didn't have, volume 4. Woo, I'm slowly but surely closing the gaps in my collection. They also had volume 1 out there, I'll probably have to go back out there to get it. n.n
Got my mother a new wind chime, too, since her last one died miserably.
Then we stopped by a collectible shop, where they had ALL the 12-inch James Bond figures. My dad lusted over the Moore, Lazenby and Dalton Bond figures, which he did not yet have. Nevermind the Q figure! (That one's rare.) Then, we saw the LARGE Connery Bond figure, which had to be 24 inches, if not larger. It was HUGE. It was also $200. I'm going to pounce on my brother, I have a feeling that will make a most excellent Christmas present for my dad.
So, now here I am at my aunt's again, and I'm... drawing. A piece of fanart for a fanfic I read, and some more samurai!Ed fanart. Reading Usagi really makes me want to work on it. I think I blame the Usagi novels more for my samurai obsession than even Kenshin. (Inner!Kenshin: Hey!) >.> I sewed some last night but there's really no good place to set up to work on my coat. I'm 90% winging it, this will be... interesting.
Back to work on that. Hopefully I'll scan'em both up tomorrow and post them. :D

I know to meet you somewhere there around 11am, but where exactly do you want to meet? ^_^

*Flails*
ANYWAY, I must share this with you as you are the only one who will truely appreciate it!
IMAGINE IT! FMA CHARACTERS! AS THE BENDERS FROM AVATAR!!!
*waves fanatically*
I'm sure someone's already thought of this, but wouldn't it be GREAT?!
See... Roy could be Zuko, but instead of the scar, he has the eyepatch...
And Winry HAS to be Katara...
And I think Al would make a better Aang considering they share the boylike nature.
And Edward NEEDS to be Sokka since they both have the "I'm-a-cocky-bastard-and-I'm-gonna-kick-yo-@$$" attitude about them.
And to keep in the vein of the "Roy/Ed" and "Zuko/Sokka" pairing fandoms. It only makes sense. You must respect the yaoi.
And now that I've told you, I can rest. I would love to see this, but for some reason when I've tried to draw it... it's just not as funny as what I have in my mind.
Oh, and ask Hagane Bean where the original art is for that sexy Roy/Ed icon she has. It's very shiney.

1. Your crack is on crack. Really.
2. *points wordlessly at most recent post*
3. You're allowed to ask her yourself, you know. o.o

But it's GOOD crack!
And you have to admit, that's pretty funny.
OMG that would be so great. I wish we had doujinshi in the states... perhaps then someone would do a crossover fancomic of this.
Mwa ha ha...
