Once the Derby's run, there is like NOTHING on TV. Thank God for the stack of DVDs I ... "borrowed" from my parents. xD

Barnyard - Okay, I tried. I really, really tried. And I couldn't stand this movie. I think I got 25 minutes in before I turned it off. I couldn't find a single thing interesting or likeable about it - all of the "funny" moments - and I use that term loosely, mind - showed up in commericials or trailers. Gad.

The Matador - God, this movie amused the crap out of me. Very ... hrm, "Odd Couple-ish." I loved Brosnan's vulgar, aging hitman. It was quite entertaining, glad I snagged it back from my father.

March of the Penguins - This was very engrossing. I kept getting distracted by it and not getting stuff done that I intended to. Plus! Baby penguins~! There were deaths due to nature generally being a bitch and all that, but nothing too graphic. I loved it. Dude, clasic Bugs Bunny short for the win!

Now, back to drawing. I gave myself fiction prompts to write with, so I go draw. Someone needs to teach me how to rewire my brain properly.

Also my first Bloo icon. Bloo, I <3 you...

I want to see Barnyard because it's animated, but it has been screaming "I am a crappy sucky movie of immense crapitude!" since the first trailer. Apparently the male cows have udders. Wow, we abandoned any premise of not being completely stupid in a bad way right from the basic premise of the movie!

March of the Penguins used to play over and over at the cafe. We even started to make up our own commentaries. One girl that worked there could never understand why the penguins were "sitting"
on their babies. She thought penguins were awful parents that abused their young.
Good luck on the job search.
