(no subject)

So, somewhere in the course of yesterday I did something to my right foot - I've been complaining about it for a couple of days, I can't get it into any of my boots comfortably but it hadn't hurt before. Now the arch hurts like a motherfucker, and I have no arch-support shoes. :D

Also, the power cord to my laptop has been acting trippy. As if my life wasn't sucky enough, I'm just waiting for the heavy end of the hammer to fall regarding just about anything ELSE.

PS: I love this icon. I should make it so the font doesn't suck.

(no subject)

With the combined efforts of Jess, Amanda and Tim we managed to get probably 2/3rds of my shit moved today, including the washer and dryer. The couch is still to go, as well as my entire bedroom, but except for odds and ends that's it. Of course, my bedroom is FULL of shit, but I'll be up early tomorrow to work on packing it up to make tomorrow go by faster.

Of course, at least a quarter of the stuff wasn't mine, but is now. XP I am completely going to make a gallery out of peach_jello's left-behind artwork. Because her stuff rocks, and is amazing, and some of it I need to scan and post just in retaliation for the MESS left behind.

I'm gonna unpack the kitchen, and the bathroom, and then take a nice, long soak. Maybe sort through a couple other boxes, but I don't want to start arranging stuff until the rest of the big things (my bed, the couch) are in here. Need to run a couple loads of dishes and wash, to ensure the washer/dryer are hooked up correctly.

At least I'll sleep tonight. Exhaustion wheeee.

I still have to find 40$ for the water deposit. Anyone up to loaning me some money? I'll pay it back eventually, I promise. Once I get unpacked I'm going to put a chart on the wall of who I owe money to, how much it is, and how much longer until they've been paid back. Making lists means I get stuff done!

Time to check the flist, then unpack. Then bath + new Avatar.
