In another, non-real-life related rant, I've noticed that people have started abbreviating the first FMA anime as FMA:A.

What? What the fucking shit is that, man? WHAT DOES THE "A" STAND FOR? The first anime was "Fullmetal Alchemist!" The manga!anime is "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood!" THIS IS NOT HARD.

I don't know I'm just in such a rage that stupid things are pissing me off at the moment. Like FMA:A. What the hell. I guess it could stand for "FMA: Anime" to signify the original anime but what the fucking fuck, fandom. FMA, FMA:B and FMA manga.

...the Jeopardy mention was golden. But yeah I hear you on FMA:A. There's a reason that despite reading the manga again and watching Brotherhood, I have avoided the fandom like the plague. :\
