I think the best part of Ghost Hunters is watching them flip their shit.

I probably wouldn't like the show as much if they didn't sit there and try to disprove every piece of evidence they gather. Eh, I realize everything could be staged but the show's enjoyable and, again, watching them flip their shit = best part.

I had somewhat deep and thinky thoughts about the nature of shounen anime, but they went away when I got up from my seat. Swear I'm intelligent occasionally, honest. At any rate I finished up Air Gear, which started out pretty mediocre, but by the end of the series I was honestly disappointed to see it over. I loved Agito in the white dress with wings. Oh god that was epic on so many levels, especially when he found out someone had a regular change of his clothes with them THE ENTIRE TIME. And the fact that he screeched "fuck" in English. Ahhh, crazycakes characters. LOOK I SWITCH PERSONALITIES WITH WHICH EYE THE PATCH IS COVERING.

I honestly thought he was a chick for like, the first eight episodes.

Watched Tales of the Abyss 3; still want to kick certain characters in the face with spiked shoes. Bleach 190; I keep forgetting I like this show for the IDEA of the characters. THE FIGHTS THEY NEVER ENNNNNND. Gundam 00 S2 2; this season needs a distinguishing name like Geass got R2. At any rate HAH. HA HA HA HA. Younger brother. Who called that? I called that. Yes, we're going to use the same name, Lockon, JUST TO CONFUSE THE SHIT OUT OF EVERYONE. Got I love Gundam. This show is going to be EPIC. (Just don't be like Destiny, please. I liked Destiny but it wasn't good. At. All.)

Onto Allison & Lillia. BIPLANES. IN A QUASIFANTASY SETTING. The setting kinda reminds me of FMA, actually, minus the alchemy. Around that level of tech so far. BUT. BUT BUT BUT. BIPLANES. It's got kind of an old-timey feel, if that makes sense. Almost a Ghibli-esque sense of it. I'm enjoyin' it.

I love love love Ghost Hunters. The one where the cameraman gets his equipment slammed back into him and the one where they see the shape of a man in infrared. OH, and that penitentiary that had that weird shadow being on the catwalk!! That shit ruled.


X3 As for Anime, I'm on a major Keroro Gunso kick. :) I've watched the shit out of it, so I feel ya there! Haven't gotten much else lately. Anything you'd recommend?

I agree. I like how Jason and Grant have been in the business for years but still go "WTF?" on every footstep, voice, etc.
I hope the Ghost Hunters are not staging the unexplained happenings. It makes me feel that I'm wasn't crazy when I saw black figures in my old room.

I really doubt that they're staging it, they're too flaily. But every time I'm like "YAY GHOST HUNTERS" someone has to come along and harsh my squee. Totally not cool.

I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to harsh your squee. I am very exicited to find out that you like the show as well. I haven't come across many people that watch it besides my mom and step cousin.
I feel akward admitting this, but the show does help me. Every time they capture a shadow person on film, I feel a little better about what I experienced and it helps me keep an open mind and wonder.
