Ngggh, was almost late to work this morning 'cause I was too busy watching stuff to pay attention to the time. Failboat Catie is fail.
Blade of the Immortal is still kinda shiny, but the background music occasionally makes me want to stab things. It is shrieking and annoying at some parts, cool at others. The clash is not appreciated by my sleep-addled brain.
Caught up on the Bleach filler; it's heading into the home stretch, huzzah! Gin even said so! Haven't gotten a chance to watch the sub of Diamond Dust Rebellion yet; saving that for tonight.
Gundam Seed Destiny is still amusing. Never change, Gundam Seed. (Except you really COULD have killed off Kira, I'd be happy then. And maybe Shinn, too. Just make the show about Athrun.)
Parents came out to visit yesterday; but my mom called me at 8 in the morning to let me know our cat died last night. He apparently passed in his sleep, which is good ... he was very old, not quite as old as our first cat but he was in more-or-less good health all the way to the end. He was sleeping on my mom and just kinda fell off of her and didn't move again.
I'm not... broken up. It was something we knew was coming, but I think my detachment stems from the fact that I no longer live at home, and I never saw him anyway. When I get a chance to visit my parents, then I will really miss'em.
