(no subject)

I was contemplating venturing out into the frigid windswept tundra to go see Sherlock Holmes again, but then came to the accurate realization that I have approximately -500 words written for my FMA bigbang and I really, really need to buckle down and get the damn thing written. I'm torn between three options, they all play out wonderfully in my head but when I sit myself down in front of the computer to actually write it I get crickets. Considering having Al sit on Ed until he behaves and the fic gets written. (Maybe Winry or Roy would be more effective, the boys haven't been getting along recently.)

But, yeah. I am so not allowed to see Holmes again until I've gotten a first draft out. It only has to be 15k! I can do that in my sleep! Argh.

I am stocked up on snacky food, and here once I've eaten something substantial I'm going to pull on my headphones, cue up about five different scores and POUND AWAY at this mother.

I got the apartment cleaned, save for parts of my room, yesterday. It looks so much nicer and more habitable. I still have to mop the bathroom but I febreeze'd it. The floor's a little sticky but that's what rugs are for.

Gotta put away my Christmas decorations soon, otherwise they'll sit out until maybe March. Have to do it when I'm inspired!

This upcoming week is gonna suck so bad, but I'm going to work as much overtime as I can get away with so I can buy a blu-ray player on my next paycheck.

...okay, if I can't go SEE the movie again, I'll finish reading the books I have that I hadn't touched since I was 12. (I was fascinated at that age, but found the prose far too dry to keep my attention then. Now, on the other hand...)
