Slept on and off yesterday until somewhere around five pm, then finally woke-woke up and ate a sandwich. Felt a bit better so lazed in front of the TV for a while, had an impromptu Christian Bale marathon (Newsies, American Psycho and Batman Begins, wth) and also watched the anime Batman anthology entirely in Japanese. I've mentioned what a head trip that is, right?
Didn't really write too much, worked on revising and editing the NaNo that ate Manhattan; has a working title now but I like that one. xD; Working on connecting the earlier scenes and not being so all-over-the-place with it. Blood-draining demons and mahrs ahoy. Want to get the revision done soon, because I want to see what other people think of it too. xD (Aside from o_O;)
Goal: get the NaNo Revision done before new episodes of Supernatural air; because I'm ignoring S4-09 and S4-10 for my own sanity. That gives me, what, until the 15th? Little more than a month to rewrite it. I CAN DO THIS.
Really isn't much by way of other news. Bought a lot of candles and a Christmas tree (fiber-optic, YAY); about half-done with my Christmas shopping. Gonna place an order for one of the particular presents today; then I have my mom, brother and a handful of cousins. Thankfully I get paid the week before Christmas, lol.

SO behind on all my anime. I'm giving up the GAM:08 as I lost my tally folder; I think the total sat at around 1800 episodes watched for the year. I'll start a new one for '09 and until then not gonna worry about anything.
The 15-second FMA teaser exploded all across ye olde flist yesterday, that was epic. The animation style does reflect the manga slightly, although Ed will always look like Ed no matter what they do (but if they can emulate the style of the latest chapters holy crap that should be a crime *_*), Roy I will agree looks a touch off but it's a TEASER, animation isn't perfect by a long run and I'd need more than a fifteen second clip before having a cow about it. This new anime will henceforth be referred to as manga!anime; because this fandom is going to get confusing with an anime, a manga, and a manga!anime.
Mrr, work. I should put in for a vacation; I get one for the '09 year. Wonder when I should take it. Too bad all the awesome Supernatural cons are way too expensive or way too far away. T_T;
pyroh is cleaning like crazy out in the living room. I feel guilty, a good chunk part of the mess is mine, naturally. I have this thing where I start to feel insanely guilty if someone cleans that isn't me. I'm not sure why, we ALL leave messes behind and equal division of labor means that everyone should clean eventually. I just get this weird tick of NO I SHOULD CLEAN WHAT ARE YOU DOING ARGH I'M SUPPOSED TO DO THAT when other people clean up. I am rather sure this is my parent's fault. Somehow.
My journal is eight years old today, and I still actively update it. I feel like I should get a cookie. xD
