Watched more M*A*S*H last night. Have come to the conclusion that if Wes Janson really existed, he'd be Hawkeye.

It's raining and nasty out when I finally got to Game Stop. I, in my inherent stupidity, am wearing a very light, white tee shirt and had to park a fair distance from the store. Solution? My red jacket, lying in the back seat. I pull it on, pull the hood up, and forge forward.

As I'm coming up to the store, two boys are leaving. The older can't be much older than fifteen or sixteen, he's got several games in his hand. The younger, maybe ten or eleven. As I pass them, I notice that the younger is wearing a Mythware bag ... with the FMA logo on it. As I walk through the door, I heard "Brother! Brother! That girl is wearing an Edward jacket!"

Overall, today was a good day. I got paid for house-sitting and got some cool stuff. ;D I managed to snag seasons 3 and 4 of the West Wing on DVD, plus the Digimon movie on DVD all for under $30. Also, got more than half of my Munich!Ed costume. Actually, save for the coat, I'm all set. o.o I found a perfect vest and trousers at the thrift store today, as well as some shoes (although they need laces). Whee! So, provided my brain doesn't explode, I plan on getting material to start on the coat over the weekend.

My DVD collection has exploded again. >.> I need more room for it, and luckycat_r has a whole pile of my DVDs. Good grief. Ah, I'll be selling some back next Thursday I'm sure, since that's when I'll be picking up the fourth FMA DVD, but still. Grife! (Speaking of luckycat_r, I need to finish Comic Party. AND THREATEN HER SO SHE DRAWS MORE COMICS.)

I do not want to write on Starflight. I do not want to write on Starflight. I do not want to write on ANY of my Pokemon fanfics until I finish Warped Mirrors. Once Warped Mirrors is done and over with, I'm halfway through a chapter of Hagane no Samurai I need to finish (GODAMN SHINOBI ... I blame YOU, Chizu...), THEN I CAN WORK ON STARFLIGHT. Or Kitaku. Or Contingency. BUT NOT BEFORE.

Why do my muses enjoy doing this to me? I keep them well-fed. I don't force them into things they don't want to do. WHY DO THEY ENJOY MAKING MY LIFE A LIVING HELL?

I do a lot of thinking at weird times. Well, mostly at work. I was thinking about how I LOVE to go fast. Put me in the driver's seat and I'll stomp on that accelerator. I'll take turns as fast as I can ... I can cover Grand Avenue from the Fort to the intersection at Highland Avenue at easily 50 mph. I think it's me making up for wanting to fly. Or maybe I'm just crazy and like to go fast.
