Oh my god I am shaking in rage. I am almost in TEARS. This stupid, stupid fucking customer. RAGE. RAGE. You do NOT get to tell me I am incompetent at my job when you didn't go to the trouble of scheduling an appointment. You do NOT get to yell at me and tell me this is silly and that it's taking too long when you DIDN'T SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. There is NOTHING IN THE SYSTEM. Nothing! Nada! If you have equipment, it had to come from somewhere! We can't turn the service on over the phone! Oh god, the entitlement. OH MY GOD THE CONDESCENSION. RAGE. RAAAAAAAAAAAAGE.
